In 2010, I founded Kollective Mobile, a mobile development agency based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This venture highlighted my expertise in native mobile development and set the stage for my future endeavors. To date, Kollective has created apps for DePaul University, The Tory Burch Foundation, The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Alonzo King Lines Ballet and Ibis Reproductive Health.

Continuing my journey, in 2013, I established Kollective South in Atlanta, Georgia. This initiative was a groundbreaking co-working and technology community center, focusing on providing a collaborative space for local entrepreneurs and creatives. It also emphasized offering vital technical education in areas that were traditionally underserved in terms of innovation resources. Kollective South was a visionary project that paved the way for similar initiatives in various cities.

My next major project was the creation of Cast Beauty in 2014, a data-driven beauty recommendation platform. This app stood out for its use of a unique algorithm and weather-related data points to offer personalized beauty product suggestions. Cast Beauty received the prestigious Women in Digital award from L’Oreal, marking a significant achievement in my career. The app garnered international acclaim and was featured in major publications like MarieClaire, Blavity, Ebony, Redbook, PopSugar, and AdAge.

In 2021, I founded TheBlkChain which currently stands at the forefront of culture and creativity in the Web3. This community-driven magazine focuses on amplifying and elevating the work of women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ artists and collectors within the NFT space. Its mission is to provide a platform for creators to showcase their art, free from dismissals based on gender, race, or sexuality.

My vision through The BlkChain is to shape a future where art, technology, and diversity unite, paving the way for a more inclusive world. This initiative reflects my commitment to leveraging technology for social change and empowerment, consistent with my past entrepreneurial ventures.
